Essay on A great leader is never angry
A popular phrase, but what does it mean? What makes a leader so different from the rest of us? How do you know if you're one?
The first thing to understand is that anger isn't always bad — it's just a feeling. There are many
reasons why people become angry, including frustration or sadness over something that has
happened in their lives (such as losing a job). If you feel yourself getting upset over something small
and manageable, don't worry! It's perfectly normal to get mad at times; however, if your anger lasts
longer than 10 minutes or causes problems for others around you then there may be an issue with
how your brain works
Anger is a waste of time and energy, and great leaders rarely have time or energy to waste. There are times when everyone gets angry - even the best leaders. Effective leadership, however, requires control of anger. It's not that anger is a destructive emotion, it's how you express it that matters. You can be motivated to act by anger or drained by anger if it is vented in an unhealthy manner. Yet anger rarely motivates subordinates, certainly not long-term.
A great leader never gets angry because he knows that he can not win the hearts of people by using harsh words or by violence.
Narendra Modi is a great leader and he never gets angry. He has always shown his good heart to the
people, who are suffering from poverty and hunger. He always tries to make them feel happy by
giving them fruits, food and other things that they need in their lives. As a result of this, Narendra
Modi has created a large number of followers who admire him very much because they know that he
is not only kind but also a very intelligent person who knows how to lead people towards success in
life by making them aware of their rights as human beings on earth planet Earth which belongs
to us all humans beings living here together with other animals like birds etc.
One should not be carried away by anger
Anger is a negative feeling, like sadness. It can be good or bad, depending on how you use it. If
you get angry at someone when they do something wrong or hurtful to you, then it’s probably fair to
say that this person has been disrespectful or inconsiderate towards you in some way. However, if
there isn't any reason for your anger (or if the actions don't seem deliberate), then getting angry isn't
necessarily going to help matters—it just makes things worse!
Instead of getting upset over minor incidents with friends and family members who've been rude or
uncaring toward us over the years...
It’s important to try to be as understanding and forgiving as possible. After all, we can't always
control how other people behave or act toward us!
Conclusion
A great leader never gets angry. He is calm and composed always. When he hears something which
is not good for you, he will try to convince you by giving you some benefit of the doubt. People can love a person who knows how to show his anger without hurting others in any way.
